Correctly done exercise isolate certain targeted
muscles.This is were the proper form and technique
becomes so important. Don’t waste your time unless
you have research each exercise. A personal trainer
is the best insurance that you are not wasting your
time and you see maximum improvement in the shortest
time. If you don't have the time to research each exercise
you can hire a personal trainer.
Improper technique and form has two unfortunate results.
The first is the risk of injury. Done using improper
posture, or technique not only misses the targeted muscle
group can cause injury. Too much weight and you can guess.
The second reduces the chance of getting acceptable
results. As mentioned before each exercise targets a
certain muscle or muscle group. Done improperly you stand
the risk of seeing none to little results from all your
hard work.
